Breakfast: sugar-free soybean milk or skim yogurt+tea eggs
Lunch: low-calorie foods such as apples or bean sprouts, cucumbers and tofu. Eat raw.
Dinner: Same as lunch.
Then drink some lemonade every day, or rose tea, or Pu 'er lotus leaf. Then take a multivitamin tablet every day. No exercise. Chew a few dates if you are really greedy.
