Cut the fruit and seeds into small pieces and wash the wolfberry fruit.
Take a stainless steel pot, add some water and a little salt, and put the cut apples in immediately (to avoid discoloration).
Boil kumquat, kiwi fruit and medlar (if kiwi fruit is soft, put it with pitaya) together and then cook.
Put it in rock sugar and simmer for 5 minutes until the sugar juice is slightly sticky (just like the canned soup we usually drink)
Add pitaya and turn on and off the fire.
When drying, add lemon juice and sprinkle with hawthorn cake.
Can be put into a sealed container and refrigerated for 3-5 days.
