How do models usually practice?
Share some basic model training that can be done at home:

1, stance training: Five-point-one-line method, with the back of the head, shoulders, hips, calves and heels in a straight line against the wall at five o'clock, abdomen in, chest out, feet together, and thighs clamped (strictly speaking, a piece of paper must be clamped firmly). After half an hour, you will find that even the excess fat has been reduced.

2. Hip training: Models, especially female models, are very strict with the cross section. Every step should use the strength of the cross section to drive the thigh, and then the calf. The practice method is to put your feet on the ground, gently lift the cross section so that one heel stands on the ground and your toes point to the ground, so that the cross section forms a certain angle with the horizontal plane, and then change sides after a few seconds.

3, facial expression training: junior models do not need expressions, advanced models need to cooperate with clothing practice "unity of form and spirit" and "concentration of ideas". If there is a chance to learn again, just don't blink when practicing (the spotlight on the T stage is very strong, don't blink).
