How to cook low-fat Korean roast beef
Prepare ingredients: 500 grams of beef tenderloin, half an apple and a small piece of onion. Two scoops of Korean hot sauce, one scoop of soy sauce, one scoop of sesame oil, one scoop of cooking wine, one scoop of honey, one scoop of white pepper and one scoop of sesame.

Steps:

1. Wash beef and slice it (it can be frozen for easy cutting). Add shredded onion, two spoonfuls of Korean hot sauce, one spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of sesame oil, one spoonful of cooking wine, one spoonful of honey, one spoonful of white pepper and one spoonful of sesame seeds, and mix well to taste. Add apple slices and marinate for more than two hours to taste.
