Steps:
1. Wash beef and slice it (it can be frozen for easy cutting). Add shredded onion, two spoonfuls of Korean hot sauce, one spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of sesame oil, one spoonful of cooking wine, one spoonful of honey, one spoonful of white pepper and one spoonful of sesame seeds, and mix well to taste. Add apple slices and marinate for more than two hours to taste.
2. Spread the tin foil on the baking tray, put the beef in the preheated oven 15 minutes, take it out and turn it over, then put it back to bake 15 minutes.
