Four schools of yoga

Among the various schools of yoga, there are four main schools.

Yoga is divided into four main schools-Causal Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Genana Yoga and raja yoga.

Ye yoga karma yoga

Yoga belongs to action yoga and is practiced by extroverted and active people. It purifies the mind by teaching selfless actions and makes people forget gains and losses.

Yoga is mainly a deification of self-spirit, in fact, it is to make one's spirit reach a higher level through one's own practice.

Yoga believes that behavior is the first expression of life, such as food, clothing, housing and transportation, manners and so on. Yoga advocates paying attention to the inner world and guiding more perfect behavior through spiritual activities.

Yoga teachers usually adopt extreme restraint of asceticism, strive to do good, adhere to self-discipline, and have no desire or desire. They think that people's best friend and worst enemy are themselves, which are determined by their own behavior. Only complete dedication can make a person's spirit, sentiment and behavior reach a noble realm.

Feng 'ai Yoga Karma Yoga

Love yoga is a dedicated school, suitable for people with heavy emotions. The motivation of devout yoga practitioners mainly comes from love, and they believe that God is the embodiment of love.

In fact, the most important performance of devotional yoga is to sing hymns. Then through a lot of actions and prayers, we can achieve the purpose of spiritual practice and purify our hearts and emotions.

Zhi yoga Jnana yoga

Wisdom yoga is the yoga of knowledge and wisdom, and it is also the most difficult one. This requires great will and wisdom. Following the philosophy of Vedanta, Wisdom Yoga explores its essence through its own mind.

Before practicing wisdom yoga, practitioners need to practice other yoga schools and integrate what they have learned-because there is no state of forgetting and loving God, no physical strength and will, and the pursuit of self-realization can only be meaningless speculation.

Wisdom yoga believes that knowledge can be divided into lower and higher levels. The so-called knowledge of ordinary people is limited to the external manifestations of life and matter. This knowledge can be obtained directly or indirectly. The "knowledge" sought by wisdom yoga requires yoga practitioners to turn inward in a blink of an eye and experience and understand its inner essence through the appearance of all external things.

Wisdom yoga practitioners read ancient classics that are regarded as apocalypse, understand the true meaning of the book, and understand the true meaning of life.

Raja yoga, raja yoga.

Raja yoga was founded by patanjali, the author of Yoga Sutra. The eight branches of yoga summarized by him provide yoga practitioners with practical steps to purify their body and mind, which is often called "king".
