Specific plan-diet

The first two weeks: on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, three meals are cucumber eggs, and others can't be eaten; On Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, normal breakfast and lunch should be resumed, such as Yanmai and Yimi. Change to honey water or tea before dinner at seven o'clock.

The last two weeks: breakfast and lunch are normal, dinner is unchanged, and a bitter gourd is eaten after each meal.

(ps: The method of adding cucumber and eggs is effective, but eating too much will make the skin yellow and wrinkled, so you can't eat it all the time. After fasting for three days, your stomach will be sensitive, oatmeal will be light and easy to digest, and Italian rice will lose weight, dehydrate and whiten. In the last two weeks, although I said I would return to normal diet, I still should be careful not to touch high-calorie foods such as fried food, snacks and carbonated drinks. Take three capsules a day after meals, peeled and seeded and eaten raw. I may not be used to it at first, but just eat it twice. )

Specific plan-sports

Around: Skip rope 500 to 700 times a day, stretch for about half an hour, and do some natural stretching exercises in bed before going to bed. (ps: Skipping rope can be done in stages, but you can't sit down when you are tired. Bracing can help you lose weight and beautify your slim figure. You don't exercise much. Doing more, not losing weight, but building muscles. I usually stand more. Don't sit or lie down after dinner. )
