Seeing your method, I think it still needs to be improved, because I lost weight from 200 to 160 last year, and it only took three months. I can give you some advice.
I don't think a bowl of millet porridge in the morning is enough, because it is expensive to lose weight by eating less and exercising more, but eating less should be based on the slow consumption of the stomach from afternoon to evening, because you have a lot of physical exertion at noon during the day, so your diet in the morning should be adjusted.
I had a boiled egg, a cup of skim yogurt, a bowl of whole wheat cereal and an apple in the morning. You look like a lot, but in fact they can provide protein without increasing heat. I suggest you try.
At noon, I think you eat a little greasy. Foods like fried rice with eggs and fried cakes are very high in calories. The calorie of a bowl of fried rice can reach 1000 calories, but it is difficult to lose weight if the calorie exceeds 1500 calories a day. I suggest you change to plain rice at noon and add some vegetables, fish or chicken. At noon, I ate half a bowl of lettuce and cooked chicken liver rice. I ate less and was not hungry.
A cucumber is enough at night.
But exercise, I think you should do more exercise. I suggest swimming in summer is the best. Swimming from 6 pm to 8 pm every day, I lost weight 10 kg after one month, but I can't sit often. It's hard for me to lose weight in my lower limbs. I suggest taking a walk regularly, or lying in bed with your legs against the wall. If you don't have time, try to involve yourself in helping your brother, sweat more, don't sit for an hour after dinner, and stand still for the first half hour. After half an hour, you can drink some skim yogurt and walk around, and try to go to the toilet as quickly as possible.
Because you should not only lose weight for half a year, but also keep it, so I suggest you take your time, drink more honey water, eat more fruits, go to bed early and get up early. After you get used to it, you won't want to eat a lot. Don't suddenly stop eating, which is counterproductive.
These are all my own real experiences, and I hope I can help you.
