Seek a slimming plan
Mainly do more exercise. Run in the morning, then do 40 sit-ups, 20 push-ups and 40 sit-ups at noon. Take a bath at night, drink plenty of water and eat bitter gourd and wax gourd. Go to bed early, don't sit or lie down immediately after eating, and don't run in a hurry 15 minutes or so. When you feel good, do some slow activities.
