Which is suitable for women to lose weight, Pu 'er tea or Oolong tea?
The best time for tea is about an hour after dinner. Different people choose tea that suits them. Pu 'er tea belongs to fully fermented tea with mild properties, while Oolong tea belongs to semi-fermented tea with neutral properties. Among the six major teas in China, oolong tea has the most remarkable weight-loss effect. Efficacy of oolong tea

Oolong tea contains a lot of tea polyphenols, which can improve the function of lipolytic enzyme and reduce the cholesterol content in blood, and has the functions of lowering blood pressure, antioxidation, anti-aging and cancer prevention. A recent study published in the Journal of Obesity pointed out that people who regularly drink oolong tea have lower body mass index and fat content than those who drink less. Moreover, women lose weight more effectively than men. This is because compared with black tea and green tea, oolong tea can not only stimulate the activity of lipolytic enzymes in the pancreas, reduce the absorption of sugar and fatty foods, but also accelerate the increase of body heat production, promote fat burning, and especially reduce the accumulation of abdominal fat.

First, oolong tea to lose weight:

Lose weight with oolong tea and drink one cup before and after three meals. It is best to drink hot tea without sugar. And don't drink it immediately after meals. It is more appropriate to drink it every 1 hour. Drinking tea should also adapt to personal physique. If you feel uncomfortable after drinking tea, such as stomachache or insomnia, you'd better stop. When making tea, the water temperature should be controlled at about 80℃-90℃; The brewed tea should be drunk within 30-60 minutes, otherwise the nutrients in the tea will be oxidized.

Second, the beauty of oolong tea

Oolong tea can reduce serum neutral fat and cholesterol; The clinical experiment of delaying aging also suggests that oolong tea can improve SOD activity. It can be inferred that oolong tea is likely to have a certain health care effect on the skin. As an indicator of healthy skin, it can be listed as follows, such as moist skin, elasticity, tension, good blood circulation and so on. What effects will fat metabolism and active oxygen scavenging have on skin health? We further did the following experiments.

In order to find out whether drinking oolong tea is related to skin beauty, we selected 73 healthy China women aged 2 1 ~ 55 as the research objects for clinical experiments. Let everyone drink 4g oolong tea every day, 2g in the morning and 2g in the afternoon for 8 weeks. Then observe the changes of sebum content and water retention capacity, and take the change as an index to measure the drinking effect.

1. Determination of neutral fat content in sebum

After washing his face with soap, the subjects were not allowed to put on makeup or touch the examined parts, and were asked not to eat after breakfast. Wash your face for 4 hours before taking samples. The detection method is to stick a 2×2cm degreased filter paper on the forehead of the detected object, apply a pressure of 100g, and then take samples. Then the neutral fat, the main component of sebum membrane, was determined and the changes of oolong tea before and after drinking were compared.

2 Changes of neutral fat content in sebum membrane

The change of neutral fat content in sebum membrane before and after drinking oolong tea was 33.7μg/cm2, and it decreased to 27.4μg/cm2 after the experiment, which was obviously reduced.

In order to further understand the efficacy of oolong tea, we divided the subjects into two groups according to the amount of sebum before the experiment, that is, the above-average group and the below-average group. Results: The low sebum content group was 65,438+07.2 μ g/cm2 and 65,438+08.5 μ g/cm2 before and after the experiment, respectively, with no significant difference, while the high sebum content group was 54.9μg/cm2 before the experiment. This analysis shows that oolong tea does not simply reduce the sebum content after drinking, but has a greater effect on people with high sebum content than those with low sebum content, indicating that oolong tea has the function of regulating sebum content balance.

3. Skin water retention capacity

This experiment further measured the water retention capacity of skin. Because the moisture content of skin is easily influenced by the external environment, the experiment adopts a room with a certain temperature and humidity, and measures it after entering the room for 30 minutes. The part to be measured is the cheek. First, measure the skin moisture in the natural state, then drop distilled water on the same part and wipe it before measuring. After that, it should be measured every 30 seconds and recorded. After dripping distilled water on the skin, the stratum corneum absorbs water temporarily, and then gradually dries with time, and the water decreases. Through its detection, we can know the water retention ability of skin. Water retention capacity is often expressed as "water retention rate". Water retention rate refers to the ratio of water content after skin dripping 120s to water content in natural state (water retention rate (%) = water content after dripping 120s/water content in natural state × 100). The greater the water retention rate, the higher the ability to "seal" water in the stratum corneum. The water retention rates before and after this experiment were 122% and 137% respectively, and the water retention rate of skin increased after the experiment. In addition, similar to the analysis of the results of the above sebum grouping experiment, we also divided the people whose water retention rate was lower than the average and higher than the average before the experiment into two groups for analysis and comparison. As a result, the water retention rate of the group below the average level was 94% before the experiment and increased to 129% after the experiment, which indicated that the water retention capacity of the stratum corneum was obviously improved by drinking oolong tea.

The above experimental results show that drinking oolong tea for a long time can promote sebum balance and improve the water retention capacity of stratum corneum.

Third, activate autonomic nervous system to relieve stress.

Oolong tea can improve the activity of autonomic nervous system and parasympathetic nervous system, prevent overeating due to excessive pressure, and eat hard because of anxiety, which is helpful to lose weight.

Fourth, improve energy metabolism.

In Japan, water, green tea and oolong tea were tested to improve the basic metabolic function. The results show that water has no special effect. Green tea can improve the metabolism of 4 calories 1 hour, and oolong tea can improve the metabolism of 9 calories the most!

Moreover, the efficacy of oolong tea can last for 5 hours, so 1 cup of 300c.c oolong tea can consume 40 calories (equivalent to walking fast 15 minutes and going up and down stairs 10 minutes).

1. Anti-cancer1998 June 15 Health News (Reporter Zheng Yuanxiang) Not long ago, Han Chi, an associate researcher in the Toxicology Laboratory of the Institute of Nutrition and Food Hygiene, Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, and her assistant Xu Yong conducted an anti-cancer test of tea on animals. They fed mice five kinds of tea, such as Anxi Tieguanyin, and at the same time, they were fed methyl carbazide glue, a synthetic carcinogen with purity greater than 99.8%. After three months, the incidence of esophageal cancer in rats was 42-67%, and the average number of tumors in rats with cancer was 2.2-3. The incidence of esophageal cancer in rats who did not drink tea was 90%, and the average number of tumors in mice with cancer was 5.2. Five kinds of tea have the best anticancer effect in Anxi Tieguanyin. At the same time, they also conducted another experiment, that is, using sodium nitrite and methyl carrageenan as carcinogenic precursors. The results showed that none of the rats in the tea drinking group developed esophageal cancer, and the incidence rate was 100%. This result proves that tea can completely block the endogenous formation of nitrite nitrogen in the body.

2. Reduce blood lipid 198 1 year. Toyomi Miyagawa of Japan and Professor Kazuo Kawamura of Japan Women's University conducted experiments on the effect of oolong tea on animal fat metabolism, which proved that it could significantly inhibit the increase of cholesterol and neutral fat in blood. From 65438 to 0983, Fujian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine observed a group of patients with hypercholesterolemia. When they stopped using all kinds of lipid-lowering drugs, they drank oolong tea twice every morning and evening. After 24 weeks in a row, the blood cholesterol content of patients decreased to varying degrees. Further animal experiments show that oolong tea can prevent and alleviate atherosclerosis of aortic blood lipids. Drinking oolong tea can also reduce blood viscosity, prevent erythrocyte aggregation, improve blood hypercoagulability, increase blood fluidity and improve microcirculation. This is very important for preventing vascular diseases, intravascular thrombosis and traditional Chinese medicine? Quot "Blood stasis" has positive significance. In addition, in vitro thrombosis test also shows that oolong tea has the effect of inhibiting thrombosis.

3. Anti-aging 1983. The anti-aging experiment conducted by Fujian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine showed that the lipid peroxidation in the liver of two groups of animals fed with oolong tea and vitamin E respectively decreased significantly, indicating that oolong tea has the same anti-aging effect as vitamin E. Human experiments also showed that drinking oolong tea can keep the content of vitamin C in blood at a high level and reduce the excretion of vitamin C in urine. The anti-aging effect of vitamin C has long been proved by research. Therefore, drinking oolong tea can enhance the anti-aging ability of human body in many ways.
