Open the quick clip software, and then import a video material. The imported video material can be imported by double-clicking the video track, or you can select the local video on the upper right to add it. To move the scissors, you need to move the mouse over the pink vertical line, and then a double-headed arrow will appear, and then you can move horizontally.
