(5+2) Diet, what is it?

(5+2 fast food) refers to eating fast food on two unconnected days out of seven days a week. Girls only consume 500 calories on fast food days, while boys consume 600 calories, and maintain a normal and balanced diet for the other five days.

(5+2) Who is it suitable for?

1 DBMI above 24 can be used for a long time.

2.2 It is suggested that the body mass index should be between 18.5~24 for short-term use, 1~2 months, or as a post-holiday remedy.

People with blood sugar problems, body mass index 18.5 or below, underage pregnancy, pregnant women and lactation are not recommended.

(5+2 Fast Food) Operation Guide

Monday and Thursday are recommended.

Diet 1: About 5 10 calories. Breakfast: half a purple potato+1 egg; Lunch: Fried Shrimp with Broccoli 300g Dinner: 50g whole wheat bread+1 cucumber.

Diet 4: About 485 calories. Breakfast: 100g steamed pumpkin+an egg; Lunch: 100g fried chicken breast +200g lettuce; Dinner: half a corn+10 cherry tomato.
