2. Persevere, you can't fish for three days and dry the net for two days.
Drink more water after training, so that you won't feel hungry and you can eat less.
Go to bed early and get up early, and don't give yourself a chance to eat midnight snack. But be sure to have breakfast. (skipping breakfast is easy to get stomach trouble)
5. Eat more fruits and vegetables, because fruits and vegetables are not easy to gain weight. When I was a swimmer, I especially liked to eat vegetables and fruits (for unknown reasons).
