The role of yoga sound meditation
Of all the yoga meditation systems, none is as direct, tested or widely used as yoga sound meditation. One can reach the highest stage of yoga meditation from the lowest stage by practicing yoga voice meditation regularly, without resorting to any other yoga meditation preparation or yoga meditation skills. In other words, if a person wants to practice yoga sound meditation successfully, he doesn't need to be an expert in yoga postures or preparatory work before yoga meditation, such as convergence, beam closing and pranayama, or even practice these skills.
