2. Article 32 of the Judges Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that judges shall exercise judicial power independently according to law and shall not be interfered by any organization or individual.
3. Article 44 of the Network Security Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that network operators shall protect the safety of users' personal information and data in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, and shall not disclose, tamper with or destroy users' personal information and data.
