Can you lose weight by dancing for an hour at night?
That's for sure, but only if you control your diet a little. You can't think, "No matter what I eat and eat too much, as long as I dance, I'm not fat and I'm thin." This is not right. Losing weight depends on the combination of diet and exercise in order to have ideal health. If you do the same thing, you will be exhausted and can't hold out until the end.
