Materials: 200ml of warm water, adzuki bean 100g, and 80g of coix seed.
Accessories: 2000ml of drinking water.
Specific steps:
1. Wash adzuki beans and coix seed with clean water and soak them in warm water of about 60 degrees for about 30 minutes;
2. Put 2000 ml of water into the pot and take out the soaked red beans and coix seed;
3. After the fire boils, simmer slowly 1 hour;
