Choose thin underwear or thick underwear?
Thin underwear: Generally, good underwear is light and comfortable, but with extra pads, you can decide whether to wear it or not. Wearing too thin a style is easy to make the chest droop and has no shaping effect. In addition, thin underwear has better heat dissipation effect than thick underwear.

Thick type: Orthopedic underwear is generally thick, generally with cushions made of other materials, and many of them have shaping effects such as gathering.

Choose a thick model or a thin model, depending on personal preference. In summer, you can choose a thin cup and a thick cup to iron. Too thin breasts are not big enough to hold. It's too thick. It looks fake. Underwear must be worn to suit you. If there is swelling, it is urgent to wear underwear that can adjust or concentrate the chest. If it's enlarged, there will be no breasts. A bra with a good chest shape that suits you should be the best.

Scientific measurement and calculation method of underwear and bust size;

1, measure bust size:

The length of a circle horizontally surrounding the chest and the bottom of the breast is the length of the next week of your chest, in centimeters.

② For convenience, when buying a bra, you often choose a similar approximate figure as your bra size according to your lower bust. For example, if your lower bust is between 68 cm and 72 cm, please choose size 70. For details, please refer to the bra size comparison table and bust size table.

68~73cm=32=70

73~78cm=34=75

78~83cm=36=80

83~88cm=38=85

88~93cm=40=90

③ Lower bust size conversion (1 inch = 2.54cm)

70 cm =32 inches 75 cm =34 inches 80 cm =36 inches 85 cm =38 inches.

Step 2 Measure the upper bust size

① The length of a circle horizontally around the highest point (nipple) of the chest is your bust size. If you encounter decimals when measuring dimensions, it is recommended to adopt the progressive method, for example, 72. 1 cm, and calculate it as 73 cm.

② If it is a thin MM, you can lean forward 30 without too much fat.

3, get the size of the bust, we began to calculate the size of the cup:

A cup is the difference between a woman's upper and lower bust, which is expressed in letters.

AA cup below 8cm

A cup of 9- 1 1cm.

B cup11.5-13.5cm.

C cup 14- 16cm

D cup 16cm or more.

E cup 20cm

F cup 22.5cm

+2.5 cm for each additional cup.

For example, your bust should be 92cm and your lower bust should be 80cm. Subtract the two numbers to get 12cm. Then use a B cup, and the bra you want to wear is 80B.

Because of the manufacturer, material, cup type and style, there are still half cups and three-quarters cups. I suggest you try them on when you buy a bra.

4. Problems encountered in measurement:

1) Too much fat: When the upper and lower girths differ by a certain cup level, the number of cups is larger. (For example, when the difference is C, D is usually selected.)

2) The calculated difference is vague: you should try to choose a larger cup, so that there is room for breast development. (For example, if the difference between C and D is 16, D is usually selected.)

3) The breast shape is flat as loose sand: the smaller the measurement difference, the greater the cup grade. (For example, if the lost fat is molded according to the scientific dressing method, the measured difference is the B cup, so the selected cup is the C cup).

4) The shape of sagging breasts is like a cloth bag: the greater the measurement difference, the smaller the cup grade.

5) Small chest: thin figure and flat chest, including hereditary small chest, you can only choose a bra with a sponge pad.

6) Asymmetry of the left and right sides of the breast: Generally, the whole cup or 3/4 cup is selected, based on the large side, and the small side is improved by padding.

7) Adolescent girls: When choosing a bra, the cup must change from small to large with the development process, so that there is a certain space between the breast and the bra, which is beneficial to the development of the breast, because the bound underwear will only be harmful to the body.

8) Pregnant and lactating women: When choosing a bra, you must enlarge the bottom size and cup depth from time to time to adapt to the change of body shape. If the recovery of postpartum body shape is poor, it is necessary to wear a bra with full cups and steel rings to form a drooping chest.

9) Menstrual women: Generally, breasts are bigger than usual. When choosing a bra, you must not have just the right space to avoid breast contraction after menstruation and expose the cup space.

10) The whole breast droops due to fullness: there must be a plump cup set off by steel wire or a well-inclusive 5/8 bra to give it upward support, completely wrap the breast, prevent fat loss, raise the chest line, and play a role in fixation and plasticity.
