Ingredients: lotus seeds, coix seed, tremella, taro, red beans, raisins, watermelon, pitaya, honey, peanuts, pineapple and rock sugar.
1. Wash the lotus seeds, tremella, red beans, mung beans and coix seed respectively, put them in a pot, soak them in clear water, then steam them with appropriate amount of clear water for 20 minutes and then take them out. ?
