A simple way: walk to work every day and eat something thin at night. If the distance is far, you can push your bike for a while, or take a bus at a bus stop with a certain distance. This is my personal experience. I dropped from 208 kg to 160 kg now, and I haven't rebounded yet. I will be very happy if I can give you some inspiration.
