Ingredients: mung bean sprouts 500g, leek 100g, vegetable oil, shredded ginger, refined salt and monosodium glutamate.
Practice: Wash the mung bean sprouts. Select leek, wash and cut into sections. Put the wok on a big fire, add vegetable oil, heat it, add Jiang Mo and salt and stir-fry for a while, then add mung bean sprouts, stir-fry until cooked, and add leeks and monosodium glutamate and stir-fry a few times.
