Guidance refers to helping people get out of trouble through behavior, or collectively bringing people to a certain goal and helping people get out of trouble through behavior. The guide is always in front of the guided, which can be advanced in behavior, thought or technology, and so on.

The leader is in the active position and the guided party is in the passive position. But unlike riding a horse, the rider is always behind, not above the horse.
