Faced with increasing pressure, many people release and buffer themselves through exercise. Some people want to keep their weight and figure by exercising. But no matter what the purpose is, it is always good to stick to it.

The intrinsic motivation of my exercise is to lose weight, which is also the common goal of most girls. Keeping in shape and practicing vest line has always been my goal. But it didn't take action for a long time.

When I was in college, I remember running for two months. It was still winter. Sometimes after self-study, the wind blows and several people exercise on the playground. Every time, I have to cheer myself up, jump out of my comfort zone and get closer to my goal step by step. But unfortunately, it didn't persist later.

In fact, I have long wanted to exercise, but because I am in a special stage now, I can't do strenuous exercise for half a year, so the current exercise mode is to walk 10 thousand steps a day. You can slowly add some strength training later.

Take ten thousand steps every day.
