Tremella lily soup:

Ingredients: tremella, lily, medlar, lotus seeds, rock sugar.

Practice: 1, white fungus is opened with clear water, lily is peeled and washed, and medlar and lotus seeds are washed;

2, lotus seeds are not easy to cook, so they should be cooked separately first;

3. After the lotus seeds are ripe and soft, add tremella, medlar and lily and cook together. Add rock sugar;
