Ingredients: 500g bayberry, 0/00g rock sugar/kloc, 5g salt.
1. Sprinkle some salt on bayberry, as shown in the figure below.
2. Add water without bayberry and soak for 20 minutes, as shown below.
3. Add water to the pot, as shown in the figure below.
4. Add rock sugar and melt it all the time, as shown below.
5. Put the bayberry in the pot and soak it in rock sugar, as shown in the figure below.
6. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator, as shown in the figure below.
