Find your favorite picture material from the online gallery, or the electronic version of your own picture (scanning or taking pictures), and simply typeset it with PS. If you don't know PS, you can copy the picture with a USB flash drive and take it to the copy shop, and ask the clerk to help typeset it to the desired size page.
Be prepared to buy self-adhesive printing paper in advance. Now you can buy different kinds of printing paper, ink-jet printers and laser printers online, such as transparent, opaque, glossy and matte, with different prices, like the following ones.
Because I only have this demonstration at hand now, it is matte opaque self-adhesive printing paper for inkjet printers. My printer is an old-fashioned 4-color home printer, which is not as bright as the machine in the outside printing shop. If bright printing paper will look better, just make do with it.

Ink jet printing is not waterproof. If you must stick it on something like a water cup, you can consider covering it with transparent glue as a protective layer.
