Training 4: Kicking and Hip Lifting

Put your hands on the back of the chair and kick with your feet straight. The speed should be slow and the height should be high, 20 times each time. Keep your legs in turn to prevent your hips from sagging.

Exercise 5: Elegant posture

It is very important to stand gracefully in order to show your temperament and respect others.

B: The left foot is the center of gravity, the toes are at 45 degrees, the toes of the right foot are forward, and the heel is attached to the left foot. This standing posture is the standard standing posture of a model. Choose this standing posture when wearing high heels, and the curve is quite beautiful.

C: Never bend over when standing.

Exercise 6: Clever sitting posture

A girl with a beautiful sitting posture can add points to your impression.

A: Put your hands gently on your legs and put your feet together. This is the most basic sitting posture.

B: Putting your hands lightly on your legs and your feet together or overlapping is another beautiful sitting posture.

Next, we need to train for the regular catwalk. The catwalk is dynamic and the basic element of stage display. Practitioners heel 10 cm above, can be thick first and then thin. When stepping, the hips drive the thighs, the knees are raised (slightly bent), the calves drive the feet, and the inner legs are close together. The foot is a straight line, and the toes are slightly outward when landing. Then the hind legs follow forward, and the center of gravity of the body keeps up in time. Strong ankles, alternating feet, coherent movements and a sense of rhythm. The body swings up and down in harmony, and the waist is the link connecting the upper and lower limbs, and its dynamic coordination is the key to the action.

The catwalk must be both rigid and flexible, persevere, coordinate the movements of all parts of the body and adjust a state of tension. The catwalk can change according to your overall image, or swing your crotch a little, or jump lively, or walk steadily. If there are steps at the scene, the supporting legs must strive to control the balance of the body, so that the body is light and soft, the inner side of the legs should be tight when bending the knees, and the abduction angle of the feet should be small. Be careful not to stop and watch the road. If possible, get familiar with the venue in advance and calculate the number of steps and stride size.

Many people think that model performance is to find a few people to walk around the stage and do some beautiful modeling actions. In fact, a high-level model is not so simple, it is a comprehensive creation that integrates various artistic expressions.
