The third reform of cloud plan refers to the high-level undergraduate construction project issued by the Ministry of Education on 20 15, which is a plan to improve high-level undergraduate education. According to the relevant public information and the Guiding Opinions on Project Funding for High-level Undergraduate Construction Projects in 20 18 (hereinafter referred to as the Guiding Opinions) issued by the Ministry of Education on 20 18, the cloud plan is divided into three stages, namely, the first stage, the second stage and the third stage of cloud plan reform. The third phase change of cloud plan refers to the improvement and perfection of the third phase of cloud plan. The third phase of Cloud Map Project is scheduled to start on 20021,aiming at further improving the quality and level of high-level undergraduate education and achieving comprehensive quality improvement and efficiency improvement. Specifically, the third phase of cloud plan reform plans to strengthen the interdisciplinary and classified training of high-level undergraduate construction, promote discipline innovation and coordinated development, enhance the internationalization level of high-level undergraduate education, and build a technical and service support platform for high-level undergraduate construction, and so on.
