The gyms here are mostly students, and there are also white-collar workers who work nearby. There are few middle-aged people, most of whom are men. Most of them are bald and bulging, and they are trying to remedy them.

Fitness must endure hardships, break through oneself, and watch those who practice muscle bumps do strength training. The expressions on their faces are very painful, and sometimes they scream "ahhh". Look at those who are not so demanding of themselves, walk around the treadmill, do a few sit-ups, and play with other equipment a few times, and it will be over without even sweating. Therefore, only by practicing red-faced can you lose weight.

People who are too fat can't do strenuous exercise, so be careful when running. Some people sit up and lie down and struggle to get up, puzzling. It's easy to put on a fat suit, but it's much more difficult to lose it.

You don't need to buy professional equipment for running. Not everyone in the gym dresses like an athlete. Some people wear short sleeves around their necks, while others run gracefully with long black heads. I wear thick sweatpants, sweaters and running shoes, which are not as good as those professional runners, but the overall comfort is good.

Losing weight has not been successful, and more efforts are needed!
