Guannan county 1958. It is named because it is located in the Guanhe River Basin in the south of Guanyun County.

In 2000, guannan county administered 7 towns and 13 townships. According to the data of the fifth census, the total population of the county is 697,765,438+00. From 2065438 to March 2009, guannan county was included in the list of the first batch of counties (northern Jiangsu) for the protection and utilization of revolutionary cultural relics.
