How to slice pickled fish?
Taking grass carp slicing as an example, the tool needed is a kitchen knife, and the slicing method is as follows:

1. First cut off the fins and fish heads of grass carp, as shown in the following figure:

2. Lay the fish flat with one hand and place the knife horizontally next to the fishbone, as shown in the following figure:
