The results showed that fresh coconut fruit could be stored for 5 days to 10 days at room temperature, 28 days after being wrapped with PE film, 30 days after being wrapped with PVC film and 49 days after being wrapped with paraffin film. If the temperature is controlled at 2.5℃ and the relative humidity is 45%-55%, the mature coconut can be preserved for 2 years.
