1. Teach people and be a teacher. Every faculty member should take the initiative to care about every student and all kinds of emergencies in the school.
2. Be fully prepared before class, stand at the door of the classroom one minute in advance, enter the classroom on time when the bell rings (special classroom teachers must lead students in), and don't leave the classroom or receive parents halfway.

Therefore, when preparing lessons, teachers should first formulate practical subject teaching plans according to the original basis of students, and implement them after revision by the lesson preparation group, review by the teaching and research group and approval by the Academic Affairs Office. 2. In order to effectively improve the quality of teaching, "teachers' self-examination, centralized investigation by teaching and research groups and unified investigation by schools (academic affairs offices)" are implemented, teachers' teaching plans and students' homework are regularly checked, and class inspections are carried out every day. Problems arising from the inspections are notified in time, and severe cases will be punished. If the following behaviors belong to deduction items:
