Is it better for dieters to drink yogurt or milk?
Yogurt is not much different from milk. I suggest you drink skim milk or yogurt. Skim milk contains no fat and will not cause obesity. If any kind of milk has high nutritional value, drink yogurt. Yogurt contains bifidobacteria and some beneficial bacteria to help the stomach digest and decompose fat.

Ps: The most scientific and nutritious way is to drink milk for breakfast and yogurt for dinner!
