1. In pr, we import a video of the sea and drag it to the correct time track.

2. We click Effect-Video Effect-Swap-Crop in the project panel on the left side of the track.

3. Now let's hold down the left mouse button and drag "Crop" to the time track on the right. We looked at the video and found that there was no change.

4. After dragging the clip into the video track, select the video and click "Effect Control" in the upper left corner to add a clip effect to the effect control.

5. We click on the small clock in front of the "bottom", then click on the small triangle to expand the bottom option, and slide the small dot to the right, that is, we have selected the cropping range at the bottom of the video. Now we find that the bottom of the video has been cut off.

6. We click the small clock in front of the "right", then click the small triangle to expand the right option, and slide the dot to the right, that is, select the cropping range on the right side of the video. Now we find that the right side of the video has been cut. The left and top clipping methods are the same.

7. After cropping, we can fill the whole video screen with the cropped video by selecting "Zoom".
