3. Set the temperature: after pressing the "Temperature" button, if the digital tube displays 10 and the power is 100%, press the display 9 and the power is 90%. Press it again and the power will be reduced by 10% until it reaches 5 and the power is 50%. Press back again.

4. Press the "On/Off" button, the "Work" indicator lights up and the countdown begins. When the time is up (00), the "work" indicator goes out and the buzzer rings three times, and the treatment is over.

5. Reset "Time" and "Temperature" and press "On/Off" to start the next treatment.

6. During the heating treatment, press the "On/Off" button to terminate the treatment.
