I have a way to lose weight with apples and yogurt:
On the first day, two Jin of apples, six or seven, are eaten slowly in a small mouth and eaten in one day.
The next day, two Jin of yogurt was divided into six or seven equal parts, and it was finished in one day.
Note: Don't eat or drink these two days.
Eat and drink normally for the next two days.
Repeat it again and you will usually see the effect. If you are not satisfied, you can come again.
Although this method is a diet, it is not long-term. Raw materials are easy to buy, inexpensive, without side effects, and not very troublesome, not to mention spending money on painful surgery.
As long as you don't overeat, you won't rebound.
