Encourage catering enterprises to use recycled packaging boxes (boxes) to purchase ingredients.

(2) Takeaway: issue "green coupons" to guide consumers.

By the end of 2023, the centralized purchase and sale of plastic shopping bags in bazaars will be realized, and urban sub-centers and ecological conservation areas will be encouraged to take the lead in stopping using non-degradable plastic bags in urban and rural bazaars.

By the end of 2025, the use of non-degradable plastic bags will be prohibited in the markets in the built-up areas of this city.

At the same time, the city encourages exploring the gradual implementation of clearly marked prices for plastic self-rolling bags and separate charges for plastic self-rolling bags from commodity prices to guide consumers to reduce the use of plastic self-rolling bags. Encourage shopping malls, supermarkets, pharmacies, bookstores and other retail places to simplify the packaging of goods, encourage consumers to give priority to purchasing recycled products and green products by placing them in a prominent position, strengthening signs and publicity, and advocate green consumption. Encourage and guide consumers to use reusable packaging materials such as environmental protection cloth bags and paper bags, and encourage retail enterprises to set up self-service and intelligent reusable shopping bag sales devices to facilitate people's lives. Encourage supermarkets and bazaars to explore the provision of shopping basket and shopping cart rental services and guide consumers to reduce the use of plastic shopping bags. Encourage large supermarkets to innovate logistics mode and use foldable and recyclable packaging products and logistics distribution equipment to replace disposable plastic packaging.

(4) E-commerce Express: Non-degradable plastic tape is prohibited by the end of 2025.

By the end of 2020, the packaging ratio of "slimming tape" in postal express delivery and e-commerce distribution outlets in the city will reach 90%, and the utilization rate of circulating transfer bags will reach over 95%.

By the end of 2022, the use of non-degradable plastic packaging bags and woven bags will be prohibited in postal express outlets in the city, and the utilization rate of circulating transfer bags will reach 100%.

By the end of 2025, the use of non-degradable plastic tape will be prohibited in the city's postal express outlets.

Encourage e-commerce and express delivery enterprises to optimize innovative technologies, products and management modes, and reduce problems such as tape winding, filler use and over-packaging. Encourage enterprises in e-commerce, express delivery and other fields to innovate logistics models, use foldable recyclable packaging products and logistics distribution equipment to replace disposable plastic packaging, and encourage enterprises to build a cross-platform operation system of recyclable packaging by means of equity cooperation and capital injection. Encourage production enterprises to cooperate with e-commerce, implement integrated packaging of commodity logistics and avoid secondary packaging. Encourage express delivery companies to recycle waste packaging materials independently and establish a public recycling platform through various means.

(5) Accommodation and exhibition: Six kinds of disposable articles shall not be provided voluntarily.

It is reported that hotels in Beijing are not allowed to provide six types of disposable items on their own initiative according to the requirements of Catalogue of Disposable Items Not Provided by Hotels in Beijing. They can provide related services by setting up self-service buying machines and providing refillable detergents. By the end of 2025, the scope of the catalogue will be gradually expanded according to the implementation situation, and the scope of implementation will be extended to homestays.

Disposable plastic products (for hotels) are six kinds of articles, including toothbrushes, combs, bathrobes, razors, nail file, shoe brushes and so on. , proposed in the Catalogue of Disposable Articles Not Provided by Hotels in Beijing (No.1 1 in 2020), is made of plastic.

Non-degradable plastic bags are prohibited from being used in all kinds of exhibitions and exhibition activities held in the built-up areas of this city. Encourage all kinds of exhibitions and exhibition organizers in this city to hold green exhibitions and use reusable cloth bags and paper bags instead of non-degradable plastic bags.

(6) Agricultural production: Popularize the use of plastic film with a thickness of 0.0 14 mm or more.

According to "Opinions on Accelerating Prevention and Control of Agricultural Plastic Film Pollution" and "Measures for the Administration of Agricultural Plastic Film", we will promote the use of plastic films above 0.0 14 mm (inclusive) in rural areas of the city, carry out experiments and demonstrations of all biodegradable plastic films and the detection of agricultural film residues, and adopt the methods of replacing old ones with new ones, handing them over to business entities and recycling by professional institutions to promote the recycling of discarded agricultural films, pesticides and fertilizer packaging wastes, and properly dispose of discarded seedlings. By the end of 2022, a government-supported and market-led recycling and disposal system for waste agricultural films, pesticides and fertilizer packaging wastes will be basically established, and the recovery rate of agricultural films will reach over 90%.
