How to add vibration effect to premiere video?
1. Double-click the PR shortcut on the computer desktop to start the software and create a new project.

2. Drag the video into the track v 1. Use "Razor Tool" (C) or shortcut key ctrl+k to cut out the video to be dithered.

3. Select the cut video clip and find "Effect Control"-"Motion"-"Zoom". Adjust the value to "110" (just a little more than100, mainly to make the picture black in the later period of vibration).

4. Open the animation anchor before "Zoom" and start adding zoom keyframes to the video. Press the right arrow → three times to change the value to 1 18, three times to change the value to 109 and four times to change the value to 165438.

5. Move the time scale to the beginning of the video clip, open the animation anchor before "rotation", add a rotation key frame to the video, press "right arrow →" twice to change the value to "3", press it three times to change the value to "-1", press it twice to change it to "2" and press it three times to change it to "-2".

6. Select all key frames, click the right mouse button, click "Slow in", click the right mouse button again, and click "Slow out" to complete the natural transition.

7. Move the time scale to the position three frames after the last key frame, and all key frames will be hit. Ctrl+c copy, and then ctrl+v paste (at this time, the key frame can be automatically copied after the time ruler). Repeat several times until all video clips are keyframed.

8. Playing at this time is the vibration effect.
