Besides going to the gym, at home, we can actually do some body fat burning exercises to help us lose some fat. Most of them are targeted training for some parts of our bodies, rather than high-load sports like weightlifting in the gym. The training of parts can stretch our muscle groups on a certain basis, thus giving people a feeling of losing weight visually. Try to stick to 15 to 30 times in each movement, and do three groups repeatedly, which can inspire us well.
The first one is leg lifts. Try to make your thigh form a 90-degree angle with our waist, which can stretch our thigh muscles well. The main exercise part is the stretching of our gluteus maximus and stomach. It is recommended to do three groups repeatedly.
The second is to spread your arms, slightly separate your feet on a yoga mat or a smooth mat, and then slowly raise your arms, pausing when they are at an angle of 45 degrees to the horizontal plane and pausing when they are slowly raised at an angle of 90 degrees, so that you can do three groups repeatedly, and try to do it about 20 to 30 times each time. This action is easy to do, but it won't be easy when you keep raising your arms.
