Open classes are organized by schools, or education committees, or teaching and research institutions, and teachers and administrative cadres participate. They have certain themes, certain research contents, or certain guiding and demonstrative courses, including classroom teaching and activity classes.

Open class is often a high-quality course with guidance and demonstration, and it is a teaching and research activity. Therefore, after the open class, there are also contents of mutual learning, mutual evaluation, mutual discussion and mutual expansion.

Prepare lesson plans

The key to the success of open class is teaching plan. And an excellent lesson plan must be scientific, timely and targeted. An article needs constant revision, and a good teaching plan also needs constant revision. Good lesson plans need to be polished repeatedly, so it is recommended to prepare them in advance. Usually in an open class, I will prepare lessons one week in advance.

The evaluation criteria of the judges are the teaching situation of the whole class, such as reasonable arrangement of content, handling of important and difficult points, interaction with students, teaching methods and use of body language. Therefore, teachers should be familiar with the content of this course, and if possible, they can find colleagues to grind the course.

Usually, in a class, most people will prepare a lesson plan in an hour or so, and the rest of the time is to repeatedly precipitate, think and polish, and finally form a high-quality lesson plan.
