I really have a recipe here:
Breakfast: half a steamed bread, a boiled egg and a cup of soybean milk.
Lunch: one or two meters, one dish.
Dinner: ... Forget it! If you are afraid of being hungry, eat something before four o'clock.
Hungry? Then drink a cup of honey water or yogurt. Don't drink too much to make you feel full and not hungry.
Hehe, I want to eat fish occasionally. Meat fish is very good, and many people in protein are not easy to get fat.
Exercise. This is the premise of health. Do aerobic exercise for more than 40 minutes every day to reduce fat! Doing a little equipment training with your physique is good for tightening your arms, thighs and abdomen. And don't worry about getting bigger.
This is also the method I used after I became fat at 130 in my freshman year. Now I dare to be a fitness instructor ~ haha
