Breathing rhythm of running
When you meet an acquaintance, you can't stand the prologue of "getting fat". I started running to lose weight yesterday. I don't have a specific goal, so I want to see if it will work if I stick to it for a while.

In fact, I used to have exercise habits, but the basketball hall was delayed because of the epidemic, which led to my irregular exercise for half a year and my weight was difficult to control. Many of my colleagues have joined in running, and I am a little eager to see them all in high spirits. So I ran two kilometers yesterday and three kilometers today.

The overall feeling of running is any exercise, even if it is as simple as running, it is also skillful. Blindly jogging will affect the sports experience, and it will hurt the body, which is counterproductive. I think one of the great skills of running is breathing. Yesterday, I breathed through my mouth, but I was still out of breath. Breathing with my feet through my nose and mouth today, I feel much better.

After consulting teacher Baidu, I learned some knowledge about running and breathing.

Breathing should be coordinated with the pace. Breathing rhythm should be closely coordinated with the pace. Usually, the breathing rhythm of jogging is to breathe every 2~3 steps and every 2~3 steps, and keep breathing evenly, so that you will feel light when running.

Pay attention to the depth of breathing. Many people don't pay attention to the depth of breathing when running, so shortness of breath will occur after long-term exercise, leading to chest tightness and difficulty breathing. Although some people pay attention to inhalation, they often ignore the depth of exhalation. Breathing deeply as much as possible can replenish more oxygen to the body and slow down the arrival of fatigue.

In addition, short-distance or jogging can only breathe through the mouth or nose. If you run fast or far, you need to use your mouth and nose to increase your oxygen intake.
