Practicing yoga for a short time every day is very helpful to improve your temperament. Doing a little yoga in the morning will make your daily life look brand-new, mentally awake and full of energy. When you wake up in the morning and are still asleep, the following yoga will make you full of energy every morning.

First, sit on the yoga mat, put your hands together on your eyebrows, concentrate on breathing, stay for a few seconds, then open your arms to adjust your breathing, straighten your arms and raise your head.

When you exhale, your arms hang down from your sides, look forward and repeat this action three times. When your arm is raised, open your back completely.

Put your arm on the yoga mat and do a cat-like action. Keep your hands and knees shoulder-width apart, and hook your toes back. Inhale the spine, lower your head, exhale and abdomen, lower your head. Focus on the spine, inhale every time you sink, exhale every time you rise, and keep the spine naturally bent during the whole process, and don't overstretch. This action needs to be done three times.

Then rest like a cat, open your instep, sit on the soles of your feet, lower your head, then put your hands on the yoga mat and take a deep breath. Make a fist with both hands, then lift it to your back and reach your head to breathe naturally. When exhaling, lift your upper body and look up at the ceiling. Clench your fist for a few seconds. Exhale and relax your arms.

Stand up, put your feet together, straighten your body, and stretch your spine upward. Put your hands together between your eyebrows, inhale and raise your arms over your head, exhale and bend your knees, fold your pelvis down, put your abdomen close to your thighs, and naturally put your hands down from both sides.

Lower your head and put your hands on your toes. When inhaling, stretch your spine, kneel down, lengthen your spine and land on your toes. Exhale and lift your right foot, reach behind you, raise your head, get up slowly, put down your heel and make a downward dog stop.

Then exhale and kneel on the yoga mat to keep your body parallel to the ground. Bend your elbow and inhale in a snake shape. Push your arms out slowly, exhale and hook your feet, sink to your heels in the middle of your body, inhale and straighten your hands, keep your head low, use your middle body to exert force, lift your body, make a pyramid shape, pad your toes, straighten your spine wholeheartedly and breathe slowly.

When inhaling, hook your right foot backwards, bend your knees in front of your body, and bend your left leg slightly behind you. Hold your head forward and support your body with your hands.

Then put your legs together forward, stretch your back, lean forward, hook your elbows alternately, bend and sink your abdomen, and stay for a few seconds without looking up or getting up. Put your hands together above your head and put them back in front of you in a praying position.
