The township offices and villages under their jurisdiction should have at least one leader in charge of the party building archives work, and a full-time (part-time) staff is responsible for the party building archives work. Township offices and villages under their jurisdiction should closely focus on the needs of the people, strengthen the analysis, research, comprehensive processing and in-depth development of party building archives information, and constantly tap the value of archives to provide reference for party building work.

Five, strengthen the safety management of Party building archives.

Township offices and villages under their jurisdiction should include archives (rooms) in the scope of key protection, increase investment in archives safety equipment and facilities, improve archives safety plans for effectively responding to emergencies, and build a "trinity" archives safety prevention system for civil air defense, physical defense and technical defense.

Sixth, strengthen financial security.

Further improve the input mechanism of Party building archives, strengthen the management of Party building archives projects in accordance with the relevant provisions of departmental budget preparation management, scientifically approve the archives work funds, and include the funds of archives (rooms) in archives collection, rescue and protection, safety and confidentiality, scientific research, education and training, digital construction, modern management, compilation and utilization, exhibition and display, and equipment purchase and maintenance into the financial budget at the same level.
