How to choose?

Warm pot: after washing the tea set, heat it with boiling water, and discard the warm pot water; Put tea: put about 1/3 tea set capacity, and the concentration will increase or decrease according to personal preference; Tea washing: use 100℃ boiling water to rush into the pot, cover the pot, and immediately pour out the tea soup; Tea making: Soak the tea for about half a minute for the first three times, and then extend the soaking time for each time by 10-20 seconds. Tips for making tea: You can brew it for more than 5 times in a row, and use clay tea sets (such as teapots) for better flavor.

Storage method

The shelf life of oolong tea is generally 24~36 months. Oolong tea in small bags: put the unopened small bags in tin cans and put them on the coffee table and bookshelf. Oolong tea in bulk: it needs to be packed in aluminum foil bags and vacuumed. If not, try to squeeze out extra air.

Then seal the mouth of the bag tightly, and finally put it in an iron pot or a porcelain pot, cover it, and put it in a cool, dry, light-proof and moisture-proof place without peculiar smell, such as bookshelves and coffee tables. Control temperature: below 25℃, relative humidity: below 50%.
