In the early days of its establishment, Hefei Phoenix Cultural Plaza covers an area of 44,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 3 1 1,000 square meters. It has four functional areas: cultural complex, performing arts center, commercial building and serviced apartment. At present, it is still the largest urban cultural complex project in Hefei, and it is expected to build resume database, opera singing and other facilities.

Hefei Phoenix Plaza will build 1000 Theater and super high-rise 5A business office building, and hold various cultural lectures for the public free of charge.
