Nature of Young Pioneers
The Young Pioneers are "mass organizations for children in China and schools for children to learn capitalism".
Children are in a growing class, young, with little knowledge, immature and rigid in all aspects, and some good behaviors and virtues they show are also a budding nature, which needs to be cared for and cultivated. Because of their youth and ignorance and the bad influence of the outside world, they will inevitably have some shortcomings and mistakes, which need education and guidance. Children are the objects of our training and education. Therefore, we should not just select a group of "advanced elements" among children to join the team, but organize all children who meet the age of the team and educate them through team organization and collective activities, instead of asking team members to play a pioneering role.
The Young Pioneers are schools that train children to become successors of socialist modernization, and they are the reserve team for building socialism and * * * productism.
China has three positive forces in building socialism and socialism: the first is the great and glorious China Productivity Party, which is the vanguard leading the Chinese people in building socialism and socialism; The second is the vibrant China Youth League, which is an enterprising and creative commando; The third is the Chinese Young Pioneers who are always ready. They will be the reserve team to shoulder the heavy responsibility of building Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the 26th century. From the Young Pioneers to the Youth League, from the Youth League to the production party, it is a three-step process of life progress.
The young pioneers put forward the same goal for the children, that is, "get ready and fight for the cause of * * * *!" Only in the regular activities organized by the team will the young pioneers gradually understand that studying hard now is to achieve this great goal in the future, so that they can gradually establish lofty ideals and promote their own progress at an early age.

The role and style of young pioneers
The nature and tasks of the Young Pioneers determine their role.
The cause of Young Pioneers is an integral part of the cause of * * *, shouldering the task of training millions of successors for the cause of * * *. The work of the Young Pioneers is directly related to the future of the motherland, the destiny of the nation and the success or failure of reform and opening up.
Young Pioneers are children's own organizations, and young pioneers are the owners of the organizations. Young pioneers manage themselves and educate themselves. Through various meaningful activities, they cultivate their abilities in practice and constantly grow their talents. Young Pioneers play a special and irreplaceable role in children's education. They are the right-hand men in school education, cooperate with schools to guide children to establish lofty revolutionary ideals, cultivate children's spirit of collectivism, initiative, creativity and enthusiasm, and promote their all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor.
Young Pioneers are different from school education. The main way of Young Pioneers' education is activities, which combine education with activities. Young Pioneers, through their unique educational methods, cooperate with schools to do a good job in children's work and cultivate them into a new generation with ideals, morality, culture and discipline.
Style refers to people's attitudes and styles in their work or actions. The style of young pioneers can be summed up in four words: "honesty, courage, liveliness and unity".
Honesty means telling the truth, doing honest things, being honest, and not lying or cheating. Young pioneers should be loyal and honest, and never cheat teachers, classmates and parents; If you have shortcomings and mistakes, don't hide them, but develop a style of seeking truth from facts from an early age; Be loyal and honest to the motherland and people.
Courage is for the benefit of the people, and dare to fight against enemies and difficulties. Treat the difficulties encountered in study, work and life and strive to overcome them; Be brave in criticism and self-criticism, treat your own shortcomings and mistakes, and make up your mind to overcome and correct them.
Lively, mainly refers to active thinking, dare to think and speak. Have the spirit of research and love to think. In my study, work and life, I like to ask why when something happens, get to the bottom of it and be brave in exploration; Not only in Nuo Nuo, but also in general. Cheerful, energetic, confident and powerful in study, work and life.
Unity, unity can produce great strength. Reform and opening up, defending the motherland and rejuvenating China are inseparable from the unity of the people of the whole country. To develop a good style of unity, we should start from childhood and start from small things. We should respect our elders, love our brothers and sisters, and help and love our classmates. Who is behind, eager to help; Who is advanced, learn with an open mind. In the Young Pioneers' organizations, we should have a friendly democratic life, often carry out praise and criticism, and promote unity and common progress.

The counselor asked a squadron leader, "Do you know who the captain is?" He replied: "The founder and leader of the Chinese Young Pioneers is the Communist Party of China (CPC), who entrusted the Youth League to directly lead our Young Pioneers." The mid-team leader's answer is completely correct. Under the direct leadership of the * * * Youth League Committee, the Chinese Young Pioneers set up a brigade or squadron in the school, with teams under the squadron. The captain, squadron and brigade committee are all elected by team members, and they are elected once every six months or once a year. Young pioneers congress
The Young Pioneers Congress is referred to as the Young Pioneers Congress. The following are the nature, specific practices, work reports, proposal system and resolutions of the Shaodaihui:
(a) the nature of the general assembly.
The Young Pioneers Congress is a meeting held by organizations and institutions above the Young Pioneers Brigade, with team members as the main body. For example, there are national congresses, provincial, municipal and autonomous regional congresses, district and county congresses, township street congresses and school brigades.
The Young Pioneers Congress is the highest authority organized by teams at the same level. Decide the major affairs of the team in a period of time and elect the power of the team work leading Committee. The school congress is held once a year.
The Young Pioneers' Congress is the concrete embodiment of the Young Pioneers' organization and implementation of democratic centralism leadership and management methods. It is the guarantee for young pioneers to implement their democratic rights and be masters of their own affairs, and it is an important form for players to learn democracy, carry forward democracy, and cultivate their democratic ability and master's thoughts. Therefore, the Young Pioneers' organizations should make timely and serious preparations for the convening of the Young Pioneers' Congress, and the Young Pioneers' captains and team members' representatives should actively support and run the Young Pioneers' Congress well.
(2) Specific practices
1. First of all, the young pioneers should democratically elect their own representatives to hold a minor congress, and pay attention to the universality of representatives, including representatives of cadres and players; There are both advanced student representatives who actively demand progress and backward student representatives who actively demand progress; There are official representatives, invited representatives and representatives without voting rights.
2. Set up a "small congress" democratic mailbox to encourage team members to put forward opinions and suggestions to society, schools, families, counselors and young pioneers organizations themselves. The more concentrated issues are sorted into proposals by the delegates and submitted to the conference for discussion. Whether there is a resolution or not, the proposals should be implemented one by one, and any questions should be answered.
3. Strengthen publicity. Before the meeting, the school should post publicity slogans and decorate publicity windows. When a formal meeting is held, the conference group shall issue an invitation letter to invite leaders at all levels and school leaders to attend the meeting, or invite representatives of teachers and students from brother schools to attend the opening ceremony. All squadrons should send congratulatory letters to create a solemn and warm atmosphere and give delegates a strong sense of pride and mission.
4. The agenda (content) of Shaodaihui generally includes the following items:
(1) Congratulatory message from superior leaders;
(two) the party branch speech;
(3) Young Pioneers addressed the conference;
(4) Read a congratulatory letter from the brother school;
(five) the brigade committee report to the General Assembly on the work of the previous year, put forward opinions on the future activities of the Young Pioneers, and consider the work report on behalf of the Young Pioneers;
(6) To discuss and decide on important issues within the Young Pioneers, put forward initiatives and launch major activities;
(7) combing. Summarize and discuss the opinions and suggestions of the representatives and forward them to the relevant departments for reply. You can also combine minority congresses with election congresses, or make elections an agenda of minority congresses.
Generally speaking, the youth congress is held once a year, and it is best to hold it on June 1 Children's Day or June 3/Team Building Memorial Day.
(3) Work report
The work report of the Shaodaihui is to report the work and activities organized by the Young Pioneers since the last Shaodaihui to the General Assembly for consideration by the delegates. The contents of the work report of the Shaodaihui should also include ideas and suggestions for the next stage of work for reference when the General Assembly makes a resolution.
The work report of the Shaodaihui was drafted by the team committee elected by the last Shaodaihui. When drafting, we should listen to the opinions of all parties and try our best to cover everything. A work report that has not been adopted by the congress is a draft work report, and once it is revised and adopted, it is the official work report of the congress.
The work report of the Shaodaihui is generally reported to the General Assembly by the person in charge of the Team Committee. At the school's junior representative meeting, the team leader should make a work report to the general meeting.
(d) The proposal system of the minor assembly.
When deputies to the minor congress participate in the discussion and decision on major issues within the team, they must fully reflect the voices of the team members and represent their wishes. The proposal system of minor congress is a way for delegates to perform their duties well. The delegates extensively consulted and listened to the opinions, demands and suggestions of the contestants through various means, and submitted them to the conference for discussion in writing after finishing and summarizing.
The Congress shall give as satisfactory an answer as possible to the suggestions made by the deputies. Attach a proposal form:
(5) Resolutions of minority congresses.
The resolution of the Shaodaihui is to put the relevant decisions of the General Assembly into written form. Resolutions of minority congresses must be discussed and voted by deputies. Resolutions should be concise and to the point. It can include the evaluation of the work in the previous stage, the requirements for the work in the next stage, and the content, form and purpose of the activities in a period.
The resolutions of minority congresses are the guiding opinions for team work and team activities. Squadron, squad and all members should actively carry out, implement and execute.

Preteam education
Pre-joining education is the education of "preparing to join the Young Pioneers" for children before joining the team organized by the Young Pioneers. Young Pioneers organizations should help children understand the knowledge of Young Pioneers, clarify the significance of joining the team, improve their enthusiasm and initiative, and take joining the team as the driving force to help them lay a good foundation in all aspects before joining the team.
Pre-team education is one of the best opportunities for Young Pioneers to organize education. Successful pre-team education will often have a good impact on the life of young pioneers in the next seven years. There are many good ways to carry out pre-team education. Here are five:
1. According to the age characteristics and requirements of children before joining the team, the Young Pioneers Brigade of many schools has established various organizations for children before joining the team, such as "Xin Wei" children's group and "Little Star" children's group. Practice has proved that this form of organizing activities first and then carrying out the enlightenment education of the Young Pioneers has achieved remarkable results and is well received by children.
2. Team class education. Team class education should pay attention to liveliness, integrate education into interesting activities, make children easy to accept, and consciously demand their words and deeds according to the standards of a young pioneer.
3. Observe and cultivate. Before joining the team, organize the children to watch the senior team meeting, participate in the activities of the senior squadron, organize and educate them through the joining ceremony, stimulate their feelings for the Young Pioneers organization, establish a sense of honor and enhance their sense of ownership.
4. Choose a small counselor. That is, the team members educate the children in front of the team. This method is not only in line with the wishes of lower grade children, but also a good exercise for the team members as small counselors.
5. Home-school cooperation. Pre-team education should take care of children's young characteristics, give full play to the role of families, and schools and families should cooperate closely to complete it together.
Pre-class education should have specific contents and objectives, which we summarize as "Ten Knows" of pre-class education:
1. Know the name of the team and understand the meaning of "pioneer".
2. Understand the pattern and meaning of the team flag.
3. Know that the symbol of the players is the red scarf, understand the meaning of the red scarf, learn to tie the red scarf, and care for the red scarf.
4. Know how to respect the team ceremony and understand the meaning of the team ceremony.
5. Know the call sign of the team.
6. Learn to write team applications.
7. To join a team, you should know how to do a good thing for the people.
8. Can sing team songs.
9. Understand the contents of the letter of guarantee.
10. Know that a qualified young pioneer should achieve "five selves" (self-study, self-care, self-improvement, self-discipline).

Young pioneers team meeting and Committee
The Young Pioneers' Club is a basic form of Young Pioneers' activities. According to its size, it can be divided into large, medium and small teams. According to its types, it can be divided into general team meetings: dealing with team affairs and regular team education are the main contents; Thematic team meeting: arrange thematic education forms around the goal (or educational goal) in a planned way; Impromptu team meeting: that is, the team meeting where the players make a little preparation and ask questions on the spot. Group meeting is an attractive way of team activities, a basic way to organize the education of young pioneers, and a party that all young pioneers must attend. No matter what level or type of team meeting, it is usually planned and held regularly. Teams and squadrons usually hold a team meeting ceremony when organizing team meetings.
(-) The group meeting is a group meeting attended by all members of the group. Team meetings are usually held to commemorate major festivals, carry out large-scale educational activities, or solve important problems in the actual education of team members, which is of universal educational significance to all young pioneers in the brigade. The brigade has a large number of participants and a large scale. To have a grand and warm atmosphere, we should follow a set of fixed Young Pioneers ceremonies. Group meetings should not be too many, and can be held 2 to 3 times per semester.
(2) Squadron meeting
All young pioneers in the squadron. There will be fewer squadrons than large teams, which will make it easier for each team member to give full play to his enthusiasm, initiative and creative spirit. Squadron members are roughly the same in age, intelligence and physical strength, and their requirements and interests are similar. Therefore, the content and form of the squadron meeting are easily accepted by the players. The squadron will have a relatively complete ceremony program (the drum number can be determined according to the actual situation, and the tape of the drum number of the Young Pioneers can also be played). Squadron meetings are usually held once a month.
(3) Team meeting
The whole team of young pioneers took part. The small number of participants in the team meeting makes it easier for team members to express their opinions, exchange ideas with classmates and enhance friendship. The team meeting can best meet the interests and requirements of the team members, and all activities organized by the Young Pioneers can be carried out at the team meeting. At the monitor's meeting, you can do the daily work of the Young Pioneers. Besides the tasks assigned by the squadron committee, you can also have your own independent activities. Team meetings can be carried out flexibly according to the actual situation such as content and venue. The team will not hold a team meeting.
(4) The Team Committee and the Squadron Committee are grass-roots organizations of the Young Pioneers, elected by the members' assembly or the Young Pioneers' Congress. The authority of the Team Committee is to handle and decide the daily work and affairs of the Young Pioneers organization, specifically: to formulate the work plan of the Young Pioneers; Deploy and preside over the activities of the Young Pioneers; Decided to commend advanced individuals and collectives; Decide to criticize incorrect actions and punish players; Make timely resolutions or decisions on some major issues of the school and squadron.
The team committee usually meets once a week. Attention should be paid to holding a good team: ① Inform the team committee to discuss the research issues before the meeting, so that the team committee can consider and prepare. (2) We should seriously investigate the issues discussed in the research, and don't hold a meeting without knowing the facts and circumstances. (3) The team committee should form a regular meeting system so that team members can keep in touch with their thoughts and work at any time. (4) Seek the opinions of counselors before the meeting and accept their guidance. ⑤ Committee meetings should fully promote democracy.

Principles of organizational development of Young Pioneers
The principle of the organization development of Young Pioneers is "organizing all children". This is determined by the nature and tasks of the Young Pioneers. The development of Young Pioneers should follow the following principles:
1. Voluntary principle. A person who has been educated in the team rules before joining the team, is willing to abide by the team rules and join the Young Pioneers, and has applied. With the approval of the squadron Committee, you will become a young pioneer by fulfilling the procedures for joining the team and taking the oath of joining the team.
2. Educational principles. Young Pioneers are children's mass organizations, not a few advanced children's organizations; It is a school for children to learn capitalism, and it is also an educational institution for children. Therefore, children should be absorbed into the Young Pioneers organization for education, rather than joining the team after education. Only by letting children join the Young Pioneers organization can we use this organization to educate them better.

Be a good player and a good little public servant.
Adults as cadres are public servants, serving the people; Young pioneers are also public servants when they are cadres, serving the team members. This is the purpose of being a team leader.
However, some small cadres think: how arrogant it is to wear a few bars as a cadre! Others say that being a cadre means managing students, and students have to listen to me. In fact, with an extra lever on the arm, the cadre will have an extra responsibility, and the monitor will assume the responsibilities of several squad members; In addition to doing a good job in the squadron, squadron cadres should also help the squad leader; While doing a good job in the work of the brigade, the cadres of the brigade should also care about the work of the middle and small teams. Therefore, when wearing the logo of the cadres on the team, we feel not only glory, but also the heavy responsibility.
Set up the idea of serving the team members, and you will work hard, think of the collective wholeheartedly, constantly exert your intelligence, do a better job, and get comprehensive development and improvement in the process of serving the team members. We hope that every team member can have the opportunity to exercise the ability to serve the people in the position of captain's team Committee.

The ceremony of the team
The ceremony of the team will be hosted.
When the Young Pioneers hold major and squadron theme activities, as well as the summer camp joining ceremony, they all hold team ceremonies. A successful ceremony is also an education. Do you know how to complete a standard team meeting ceremony? Before the ceremony begins, we should gather in line first. Squadron activities, first of all, the squad leader reports the attendance to the squadron leader and invites counselors to participate. During group activities, each squadron leader reports the number of people to the captain in turn, and then the captain reports the number of people present to the team counselor and invites the counselor to participate in the activities. The procedure of the ceremony is: 1. Everyone stand at attention and report the number; 2. Flag (the drum team plays the flag song, and the players respect the team); 3. Sing the team song; 4. The team leader speaks and announces activities; 5. Carry out team activities; 6. Counselor's speech (make a brief summary at the end of the activity); 7. Call sign (Young Pioneers put their fists in their right hands on the right side of their heads); 8. Flag withdrawal (the drum team plays the flag withdrawal song, and the players salute the team).
If you have guests, you should introduce and give a red scarf before the official start of the activity.

The origin of the call sign
The origin of "always ready"
During the period of 1902, the Russian revolution encountered many difficulties, and Lenin issued a great call of "always ready" in his book What to do. The people took active actions and finally held the great October Revolution 19 17. 1February 922 13, the world's first young pioneers organization led by the working class was born in Moscow, the former Soviet Union, and it was determined that "always ready to fight for the cause of * * * *" was the call sign of Lenin's young pioneers in the former Soviet Union. China * * * Production Party took "always ready" as its call sign when it established the first revolutionary children's organization in China-"Boy Scouts". After liberation, the party wrote "always ready" into the constitution of China Children's Team (later changed to China Young Pioneers), and clearly defined it as the call sign of our team.

Working system of young pioneers
The Young Pioneers' working system is the criterion that all the players should abide by and the guarantee to do well the team work. Several common systems are:
1. Team cadre election system. According to the team's articles of association, the team Committee and captain are re-elected every six months to one year. This is a system that carries forward the spirit of democracy and implements the education of being the masters of the country. Re-election is usually held at the beginning of the school year or semester.
2. Team cadre rotation system. Each team cadre has a certain term of office, and may not be re-elected after the expiration without special circumstances. This system can give more young pioneers the opportunity to participate in the organization and management of the team and get exercise.
3. Regular meeting system of team cadres. Usually once a week or every other week. The main content is to report, investigate and sort out. The regular meeting of the big (middle) team can be organized by members in turn, and they are responsible for reporting to the counselor.
4. Team cadre training system. Training young pioneers cadres, so that they are familiar with and master their own job responsibilities, methods and skills, is a necessary means to improve the work level of young pioneers. The training methods include captain's school, lectures, practical exercises and on-site observation.
5. Pre-team education system. New players should be educated before joining the team. For example, learn the team emblem, learn to sing the team song, learn to respect the team name and call sign, and wear a red scarf to do a good thing for the people. When you join the team, you should hold a grand joining ceremony.
6. Praise and reward system. Young Pioneers' organizations should always praise good deeds in radio, team newspapers and honor books, and focus on praising outstanding young pioneers and outstanding young pioneers' collectives on Children's Day on June 1 and the anniversary of team building on June 3. 10.
7. Active system.
