Low temperature 1, 70 ~ 80 degrees: suitable for brewing non-fermented tea, such as green tea, matcha, fried tea, packaged tea, etc. Because these kinds of teas are brewed with too high water temperature, tea tannins will be released, and tea soup is easy to be bitter.

2. Medium temperature of 80 ~ 90 degrees: suitable for brewing lightly fermented tea, or tea with sharp buds and fine shapes, such as Biluochun, Oriental Beauty Tea (Bai Hao Oolong) and fragrant tablets.

High temperature above 3.90 degrees: it is suitable for brewing tea with medium fermentation degree or above, that is, cooked tea, because tea with high fermentation degree is resistant to high temperature and contributes to aroma distribution, such as alpine tea, Jin Xuan, Tieguanyin and cooked tea.
