My personal experience of losing weight ~

Also, you must stand for half an hour after eating three meals. You can't sit down right away ~ The longer you stand, the better ~ little ass won't get bigger ~

Do full-body exercise before going to bed, and exercise your back, waist, inner thighs and calves ~
