According to the Technical Specification for Safety of Working at Height in Building Construction, what regulations must the mobile operating platform meet?
Accord to that requirements of technical specification for work safety at height in construction (JGJ80-20 16),

The mobile operating platform shall meet the following requirements:

6.2? Mobile operating platform

6.2. 1? The area of the mobile operating platform shall not exceed10m2, the height shall not exceed 5m, the height-width ratio shall not exceed 3: 1, and the construction load shall not exceed1.5kn/m2.

6.2.2? The wheels of the mobile operating platform should be firmly connected with the platform frame, and the bottom of the column should not exceed 80mm from the ground. The walking wheels and guide wheels should be equipped with brakes or brake brakes.

6.2.3? The bearing capacity of the mobile traveling wheel shall not be less than 5kN, and the braking torque of the traveling wheel brake shall not be less than 2.5n m. The frame of the mobile operating platform shall be kept vertical without bending deformation, and the traveling wheel brake shall be kept in braking state except when moving.

6.2.4? When the mobile operating platform moves, no one is allowed to stand on the operating platform.

6.2.5? The design of mobile operating platform shall comply with the provisions in Appendix B of this specification.

On July 9, 20 16, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the announcement of the industry standard "Technical Specification for Safety of Working at Height in Building Construction".

This announcement announces that the Technical Specification for Safety of Working at Height in Building Construction has been approved as an industry standard, numbered JGGJ80-20 16, and implemented from 2016 to 12.

Among them, Articles 4. 1. 1, 4.2. 1, 5.2.3, 6.4. 1 and 8. 1.2 are mandatory provisions and must be strictly implemented.

The original Technical Specification for Safety of Working at Height in Building Construction (JGJ80-9 1) shall be abolished at the same time.

General provisions on operating platform in Technical Specification for Safety of Working at Height in Building Construction (JGJ80-20 16):

6. 1? general clause

6. 1. 1? The operating platform should be designed and calculated, and the frame structure and materials should meet the relevant current national and industry standards.

6. 1.2? Where the area, height or load exceeds the provisions of this specification, a special construction plan shall be prepared.

6. 1.3? The framework of the operation platform is assembled by steel pipes and section steel, which shall conform to the current national standard Code for Design of Steel Structures (GB500 17) and relevant scaffolding industry standards. Scaffolding made of steel, wood or bamboo plywood laid on the platform surface should meet the strength requirements, and should be flat, laid and reliably fixed.

6. 1.4? The edge of the operating platform shall be provided with protective railings according to the provisions of Section 4.3 of this specification, and the separately provided operating platform shall be provided with escalators for people to get up and down, with a step distance of not more than 400 ㎜.

6. 1.5? When the operating platform is put into use, a load limiting plate indicating the allowable load value should be set on the inner side of the platform, and materials should be transported in time, and it is not allowed to be overweight or super high.
